The living options at Gracewood Estates are comprised of 44 one bedroom units and 52 two bedroom units. As seen below, there are two different floor plan options for the two bedroom units. There are 44 style B units and 8 style C units.

Gracewood Estates is a unique community in that, for all of the 96 residential units, each unit has their own independent exterior door. This luxury gives the effect that each resident has their own unique domicile, while still nestled in our tight knit community.

All of the two bedroom units are split-level units. For the B units, the living space is on the 2nd floor, and the sleeping quarters are on the 3rd floor. For the C units, the living space is on the 1st floor and the sleeping quarters are on the 2nd floor. This architectural feature gives our residents a town home feel, while being apart of a rental community.
